• Tuition fees are due by the 14th of each month, however, it is certainly not a problem to pay the third or even fourth week if financial obstacles occur. Conversely, we can no longer allow fees to go beyond the current month.

• There will be a $15 late fee for any fees not paid by the last day of each month. For each month that a late fee is rebilled, there will be $1 added for clerical costs.

• There will be a $20 fee for any checks returned for NSF to cover our bank fees.

 

• All tuition fees are based on a MONTHLY rate. We do not deduct for missed classes/holidays, nor do we add fees for months that contain five weeks. This is non-negotiable.  

• Attendance is crucial if your child is to retain what they are learning. Due to the fact that there are people on the waiting list each year, you will be required to pay for a month even if you do not attend any classes that month. We do hold your child’s spot when there are other children who would like to be in that class.

 

• Fees may be paid by debit/credit auto pay, debit/credit manual pay, cash, or check. 

• DEBIT/CREDIT AUTO PAY: May be set up during initial yearly registration through Amilia Portal. Payments are automatically processed on the 14th of each month.

• DEBIT/CREDIT MANUAL PAY: May be accessed through your Amilia Portal account or paid during any open store/reception hours.

• CASH PAY: May be paid during any open store/reception hours, or through the payment box in each lobby. Please place cash in an envelope with the child's name, along with a breakdown of each fee being paid. Ex: monthly tuition, costume payment, etc.

• CHECK PAY: May be paid during any open store/reception hours, or through the payment box in each lobby. Please write the child’s name, along with a breakdown of each fee being paid in the memo line. Ex: monthly tuition, open tumbling, etc. Please make checks payable to Eagle Dance Center.

Our fees for classes are as follows:

$25/month for Tiny Tumbling

$25/month for Superhero Training

$50/month for Tumbling 1, 2, and 3

$50/month for Cheerleading 1 and 2

$35/month for Pom/Kick 1 and 2

$10 per session for Open Gym Tumbling

***10% sibling discount on 2nd, 3rd, child etc.***
