Summer Tuition Structure and Tuition Policies

Tuition is an annual amount structured for 11 weeks of classes, payable in 3 installments for the convenience of our families. Installment schedule can be found at the bottom of this section. We do offer an “Up Front” payment option which must be discussed on an individual basis with the director. We do not deduct for individual absences, holidays, nor do we add fees for months that contain five weeks.

 

• Summer Camps are invoiced the month prior to their occurrence. (Ex: A camp scheduled for July 12-July 14 will be invoiced on June 14th, due on July 1st)

• Tuition is billed on the 1st, and due on the 14th, with the exception of the 1st installment that is billed on May 24th, and due on June 7th. Accounts not paid and retaining an unpaid balance 14 days after the invoice due date will have a late charge of $20.00 invoiced. All 3 installments, as well as any late fees, etc. must be paid in full before students can can enroll for a new season.

• A 2.9% processing fee is charged by Stripe through Dance Studio Pro Parent Portal for all online payments. This processing fee can be avoided by making payments VIA cash or check.

• A $30.00 fee for any checks returned for NSF to cover our bank fees we receive in this situation.

• Attendance is crucial if your child is to retain what they are learning in classes. Installments are required to be paid each month even if your child is missing classes, as we hold your child’s spot when there are often others on a waiting list.

• Our drop in classes can be paid as you attend via cash, check, or debit/credit at reception, by debit/credit at the time of enrollment through Parent Portal, or will be added to your invoice for the following month.

• Refunds are not able to be made once a season is underway, unless a class must be permanently cancelled or a schedule change is made that is not convenient for the student.

 

Payment Options

 

• DEBIT/CREDIT AUTO PAY: May be set up during initial yearly enrollment through Parent Portal, or by contacting us by phone/email. Payments are automatically processed on the 14th of each month. A 2.9% processing fee is charged by Stripe through Parent Portal for all online payments.

• DEBIT/CREDIT MANUAL PAY: May be accessed through Parent Portal.

• CASH PAY: May be paid through the payment box in the main lobby. Please place cash in an envelope with the child's name, as well as a memo designating what the payment should be applied toward. (July tuition, 1 drop in tumbling, etc)

• CHECK PAY: May be paid during any open Reception hours, or through the payment box in the main lobby. Please note in the memo designating what the payment should be applied toward. (July tuition, 1 drop in tumbling, etc)

 

2021-2022 Summer Tuition

(Tuition for full summer season, June-August)

Full Season (Sept-May) Tuition Structure and Tuition Policies

 

• Tuition is an annual amount totaling for 30 weeks of classes, payable in 9 installments for the convenience of our families. Total scheduled classes amount to 33 per season, with a total charge of 30 to give for cancellations (such as inclement weather) if needed. No extra tuition will be charged if cancellations do not occur.

• Students joining after the beginning of the season will be prorated.

• We do not deduct for individually missed classes, holidays, nor do we add fees for months that contain five weeks, as tuition total is calculated by classes per season.With the exception of the 1st installment (due at registration), tuition is billed on the 15th of the month prior, and due on the 1st of each following month. 14 days after the invoice due date, a late charge of $20.00 will be added for any invoices not paid. (Example: October installment is billed on September 15th, due on October 1st.)

• A $35.00 fee will be invoiced for any checks returned for NSF to cover our bank fees.
